Ibrahim A. Bala is the Group Executive Director in charge of Business Development at Lagos Deep Offshore Logistics (LADOL) Base, where he brings over twenty years of experience in management and engineering to the table. His leadership has been instrumental in driving successful business ventures and expanding the company’s reach within the logistics and offshore sectors.

Before joining LADOL, Ibrahim served as the Managing Director of IBK Services Limited and held directorial roles at Niya Consultancy, Niya Engineering Limited, Mega Co & Integration, and SHI_MCI FZE. His diverse experience across these roles has honed his expertise in both the technical and strategic aspects of business development.

He is deeply passionate about building businesses that create positive societal impacts. His commitment to empowering individuals through education and job creation is a cornerstone of his approach, reflecting his belief in the transformative power of sustainable business practices. He holds a B.Eng. in Electrical Engineering from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, and is an active member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE), further solidifying his standing as a respected professional in his field.
