Yetunde Erogbogbo is the Founder and Managing Partner of Rhizome Consulting, a human and growth capital organization with over sixteen years of experience in the public, private, and development sectors. She specializes in organizational development, project management, change management, culture transformation, succession planning, executive recruitment, and a range of human capital solutions. Her expertise extends to HR due diligence for mergers and acquisitions, as well as HR systems and process implementation.

Throughout her career, She has worked with diverse organizations on high-impact projects. These include conducting a human resource audit and workforce analysis for the Kofi Annan International Peacekeeping Training Center in Ghana, reviewing the joint financing arrangement for the Peace and Security Department of the African Union Commission, and managing a Business Information and Training Center in Nasarawa State for four years on behalf of the German International Cooperation (GIZ). She has also led a survey on the impact of entrepreneurial training among SMEs in Nasarawa State, Nigeria. In 2019, Yetunde founded GROW (Great Resources and Opportunity for Work), a platform designed to enhance the employability skills and competence of students and graduates in Nigeria.

She holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Relations & Personnel Management and a B.Sc. in Sociology from the University of Lagos. Additionally, she is an alumna of Lagos Business School. Before establishing Rhizome Consulting, Yetunde held roles as an Organizational Development & Human Resource Consultant with BRandEDge Consulting, Quanteq Technologies Ltd, and Vic Lawrence & Associates.
