Clement is a seasoned audit, risk, and compliance professional, with over 15 years of relevant experience across several sectors of the economy.

Prior to joining Norrenberger Pensions Limited, Clement worked at Investment one Pensions Limited (now Guaranty Trust Pensions) as chief risk officer and head of the internal audit respectively where he was responsible for developing and implementing policies on governance, risk management, and compliance. He held various positions at Intercontinental bank (now Access bank Plc) and Sulaimon & Co (Chartered Accountants), where he led teams in various audit assignments and managed major consultancy engagements.

He is a chartered accountant, a certified risk and compliance professional, and holds a certificate in International Financial Reporting from ACCA, United Kingdom.

He holds an MSc in Investment Banking and Securities from the University of East London, United Kingdom, a BSc in Business Administration, from Ahmadu Bello University, and a Higher National Diploma in Accounting
from Yaba College of Technology
