Starting her career in 2008 as a Customer Service Officer, she progressed through roles that strengthened her expertise in customer engagement and business development.
She brings a strategic approach to customer interaction and retention, backed by problem-solving skills and the ability to address complex challenges. Her experience includes refining workflows, fostering cross-functional collaboration, leveraging data analytics, managing projects, and driving digital transformation to achieve measurable outcomes.
She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from the University of Port Harcourt and a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration from Delta State University.
