Michael Nwosu holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from Abia State University and a Master’s in International Relations and Diplomacy from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. Called to the Nigerian Bar in 2001, he has nearly 24 years of post-call experience. His career began at C. C. Obianyanwu & Co., the National Human Rights Commission, and the Office of the Special Adviser to the President on Legal and Constitutional Matters.

In the pension industry, Michael worked with First Alliance Pension (now ARM Pension Managers), Veritas Glanville Pensions, and Fidelity Pension Managers. At Veritas Glanville, he served as Regional Manager for North Central. At Fidelity Pensions, he was the Head of Micro Pension, then Chief Compliance Officer, and later Group Head of Business Development, North. Michael is currently with Norrenberger Pensions.
